Cleaning

It is recommended that the unit be cleaned with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth when turned off. Never use cleaning agents or abrasive materials on any type of surface finish. Do not allow moisture to come into contact with the electrical components.

Warranty

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Subject to the terms and conditions, LTL Home Products (“LTL”) warrants each new Lighted Impressions product and accessory to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. LTL assumes no obligation to correct defects caused by improper installation or unreasonable use (including without limitation physical abuse or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance). LTL’s obligations under this warranty are limited to repair, free of charge, of any defective part which shall, within warranty year from the date of shipment from LTL, be returned to the company, correctly packaged for safe shipment, with transportation charges prepaid by the Person returning the Product.

No product covered by this warranty may be returned to LTL without prior written authorization from LTL. LTL accepts no responsibility or liability for products returned without such authorization. To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service for a Return Authorization (RA), which mustinclude a statement as to the nature of the asserted defect and the name and address of the person to whom the repaired part is to be returned.

LTL makes no other express warranty whatsoever: the duration of any implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the respective time period of the express warranties set forth above and LTL shall not be liable under any circumstances for consequential or incidental damages where the loss is of a commercial nature.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
