The modern design of the Vortex Series PL-12243 Toilet gives a unique and contemporary look to your bathroom while assisting in water conservation. They are comprised of Grade A Porcelain and go through a special glazing process that creates a glossy, scratch-resistant coating that is sure to maintain its luster for years to come, including commercial applications. This layer is also nonporous meaning it is resistant to stains as well as bacteria and fungi growth. The smooth sides and detachable toilet seat make it a dream to clean compared to a traditional two-piece toilet. Additionally, they feature Dual Flush which can save you thousands of gallons of water annually over a traditional single-flush toilet. If you press the larger area on the button a 1.6 gallon flush is performed, whereas if you press the smaller area, a 0.8 gallon flush is performed. TheVortex Series toilets carry a limited lifetime warranty for as long as the original purchaser owns the home thetoilet was originally installed in.

Pelican Intl reserves the right to inspect anytoilet that is reported to be defective prior to replacement. All decisions are final. Replacement cost does not include any labor costs, transportation, removal, or reinstallation.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Surface scratches
• Improper installation or fabrication
• Physical, chemical, or other abuse
• Damages after installation
• Improper care or maintenance
• Outdoor applications
• Commercial applications
• Any modifications to the product
• Product removed from its original place of installation
